- Use 7 digital pictures that you have taken yourself. Open all seven photos in Photoshop.
- Go to the File menu, choose Automate, and then select Photomerge.
- Choose the Layout Option of Auto.
- Click on “Add Open Files”.
- Make sure you check all the check boxes such as: Blend Images Together, or Vignette Removal, and Geometric Distortion Correction all at the same time.
- Click on Okay.
- Wait for finished result.
- When Photomerge is complete, Take a Screen Shot (Cmd + Shift + 4) of the Layers palette, then go to the Layers Palette and choose Merge Layers from the menu commands of the Layers Palette.
- Use Filter – Sharpen – Unsharp Mask, and use Image – Adjustment – Shadows/Highlights to both sharpen and adjust lights and darks in your finished photo.
- If the exposure of the photo still isn’t right, use Image – Adjustment – Levels to fine tune the darks, lights and midtones of your photo.
- Select Crop tool and enclose areas you wish to preserve, trimming off rough edges.
- Save to a your flash drive, LastName_FirstName_Pan, then load a .jpg on Blackboard.
